Difference evaluation of iHb, srHb, and cHb with the value of 1/3Hct. The difference between iHb with 1/3Hct was significantly larger than that between srHb with 1/3Hct and that between cHb with 1/3Hct (*P<0.05). The outlier case showed a higher positive difference in terms of srHb, but a lower negative difference in terms of cHb.
